On the evening of April 18, the company held a training session on manager role recognition and performance improvement at the training center, inviting Teacher Wang Baochen from Peking University to give a lecture on-site, with management personnel at all levels actively participating.
Before the training began, Hu Bo, the secretary of the company's party branch, delivered a speech. Teacher Wang adopted a diverse, vivid, and intuitive teaching method, explaining theoretical knowledge while combining specific cases for detailed analysis, assigning discussion topics, and increasing the interest of the class. Participants from the spinning factory, Wang Xiaofeng, the special fiber factory, Liu Peng, and the procurement department, Yue Gangjiao, expressed their views on the discussion topics, and Teacher Wang provided on-site comments on their opinions one by one, deepening everyone's understanding of the content discussed and providing strong support for managers to improve their management capabilities and work efficiency.
After the training, Li Juntao, the assistant to the chairman, gave a concluding speech. He mentioned that management training is an important way to cultivate and enhance the capabilities of management personnel. Through training, team development and innovation can be promoted, enhancing team cohesion and centripetal force, and improving the overall quality and efficiency of work.
